These centers provide comprehensive care to underserved populations, but differ primarily in funding. HRSA centers receive federal grants under Section 330, while "FQHC Look-Alikes" meet the same requirements but are funded through enhanced Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements only. Both are crucial safety-net providers.
